- 1 Kg Chicken Cut Into Small Pieces
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion Finely Diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Silver Of Garlic
- 2 Red Chillies
- 2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- Salt And Pepper As Per Taste
- 1/2 Cup Of Water
- Put oil in pan. Add onions when hot. Once the onions are soft and brown add ginger garlic and red chillies.
- Stir till brown and add coriander powder,turmeric and red chilli.
- Once the spices are cooked, add chicken and mix well. Cover the vessel and cook well for 30 minutes
- Lift the lid and let the water in the dish reduce. Add lemon and reduce to gravy consistency and garnish with mustard seeds.
