  • 2 Cups Kaale Chane
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1tbsp Grated Ginger
  • 1tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 1tbsp Coriander Chopped
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil For Shallow Frying
  • 1 Tsp Amchur Powder
  • 1tsp Garam Masala
  • Onion Lachha For Garnishing

How To Cook

  1. Soak chane for overnight. pressure cook them till tender
  2. Strain the water and grind in a mixer without water or very littte water. the dough should be like a dough made for making kababs.
  3. In a bowl mix chana paste, onion, ginger, garlic, salt ,garam masala, green chilli, amchur and coriander leaves. mix properly so that everything should be mixed evenly with each other.
  4. Heat a tawa .
  5. Pour some oil on tawa.
  6. Make kababs out of the prepared dough and put them on the tawa and shallow fry them till golden brown from both sides

Garnish Them With Onion Lachha And Serve Them With Green Chutney. Enjoy!
