Asian Pork Tenderloin.is a burst of flavours. Tangy taste of soy sauce and sesame oil when combined with sugar enhanced by the boldness of the ginger-garlic and chillies. It turns out out tender and juicy. Ah my mouth has already started watering. Our Asian Pork Tenderloin recipe is easy to follow and easy to cook . It is also easy on your stomach. Perfect for all those health- nazzies as it require almost zero oil.
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1/3 Cup Lite Soy Sauce
- 3 Green Onions, Chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Coarsely Chopped Fresh Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Emeril's Asian Essence
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 Teaspoon Celery Seed
- 1/2 Teaspoon Minced Onion
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Cup Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth, At Room Temperature
- 1 Pound Pork tenderloin, Sliced Into 4 4-ounce Portions
- To prepare the marinade for Asian Pork Tenderloin, Take a large Ziploc bag and pour in the Soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce.
- Make a paste of ginger, garlic and red pepper. Add it into the Ziploc bag. Also add brown sugar, minced onion,black pepper and the sesame oil.
- Shake it well.Squeeze out air and add pork tenderloin.
- Shake it in a way that it cover the pork tenderloin well. To marinate it put it in refrigerator for 6-7 hrs or over-night. It will make the the pork soak the spices evenly.
- When ready to cook. Pour the ziplock bag on a foil sheet tray. Don't let the entire juice drain. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and bake it for 1 hour turning pork tenderloin every 20 minutes. Once it's done let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Also cover it properly , to let the juices retreat back into the meat.
- Now to make sauce, in a small pan heat the chicken broth. Add the leftover marinade stuff.
- Cook it for 4-5 minutes on simmer flame.
- Slice the pork into pieces.
- Put the sauce over the pork.Drizzle it all over the dish.
- For garnishing, drizzle some freshly chopped green onions and cilantro..

Tips
- Whisk in a bit of cornstarch to help thicken the sauce.
- You can also grill it. Microwave it for 15- 20 mints, Let it rest for 5 mints and grill tenderloin for 25 mints.
- While grilling ake sure the skillet is clean and oiled properly.
- Bake tenderloin until no longer pink.
- Mix the marinade paste well and evenly to ensure the same taste in every bite and not dry and lacking flavor. Serve immediately with jasmine rice!
