One of our favorite recipes of Aarti Sequeira is for her Bombay Sloppy joes. It's just a jumble of odd flavors, great aroma and the final product is just fantastic. I loved the addition of the pistachios and raisins in Bombay Sloppy joes. Turkey makes it light and the flavor just explodes. With lots of indian masalas, this, on the other hand, is a fresh, exotic take on a truly American dish; a new fave recipe to add to our menu rotation. Here is the recipe

South Indian cuisine is famous for their use of a variety of spices. I absolutely love having kurma with chappatis. Chettinad kurma is food for sustenance. With this finger licking kurma I would once again like to profess my undying love for Chettinad cuisine.Hot and pungent with fresh ground masalas, this chettinad kurma is prepared with a variety of spices, this kurma goes awesome as side dish with rice also with idlies, dosais, rotis, fried papads. Easy to cook,healthy to eat. This is my fav for sunday lunch.

I love ordering Chinese greens with oyster garlic sauce. I first had this when we went out for Dim Sum. The stalks are crisp the dressing is salty, sweet and rich in short it was so good!

- 2 Cups Kaale Chane
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 1tbsp Grated Ginger
- 1tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1tbsp Coriander Chopped
- Salt To Taste
- Oil For Shallow Frying
- 1 Tsp Amchur Powder
- 1tsp Garam Masala
- Onion Lachha For Garnishing
- Soak chane for overnight. pressure cook them till tender
- Strain the water and grind in a mixer without water or very littte water. the dough should be like a dough made for making kababs.
- In a bowl mix chana paste, onion, ginger, garlic, salt ,garam masala, green chilli, amchur and coriander leaves. mix properly so that everything should be mixed evenly with each other.
- Heat a tawa .
- Pour some oil on tawa.
- Make kababs out of the prepared dough and put them on the tawa and shallow fry them till golden brown from both sides
Garnish Them With Onion Lachha And Serve Them With Green Chutney. Enjoy!
