  • Pork Chops: 2 Pieces
  • Peppercorns(grinded):1 Tsp
  • Cloves: 1-2 psc
  • Garlic(Chopped): 1 Clove
  • Black Salt: 1/2 Tsp
  • Juice Of Half A Lemon
  • Olive Oil: 30 ml
  • Espresso Coffee Liquor:1 Tsp
  • Pork Jus: 60 ml
  • Refined Oil: 15 ml

Method To Prepare

  1. Marinate the pork chop with all the ingredients except espresso liquor and pork jus and leave for eight hours.
  2. In a heavy pan, pour refined oil and wait till it is smoking. Once the oil is ready , add the chops and sear on all the sides.
  3. Place the pan in the oven at 320 degrees fahrenheit and cook the pork chops well.
  4. Then, remove the pan from the oven and add red wine to deglaze the pan.
  5. Now, add pork jus and espresso liquor and bathe pork chops with sauce.
Serve hot along with potato wedges and salad.
