- Penne ,Boiled 1 Cup
- Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons
- Mustard Seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
- Green Chillies,Slit 2
- Split Black Gram Skinless (Dhuli Urad Dal)1 Tablespoon
- Split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal)1 Tablespoon
- Curry Leaves 20-25
- Peanuts 2-3 Tablespoons
- Dried Button Red Chillies (Bor Mirchi)6
- Onions,Finely Chopped 2 Tablespoons
- Turmeric Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
- Veg Bolognese Sauce 3 Teaspoons
- Salt to Taste
- Pitted Black Olives,Sliced 5-6
- Heat olive oil in a non stick pan. Add mustard seeds, green chillies, black gram, Bengal gram, curry leaves, peanuts, button chillies and saute till fragrant. Add onions and saute well.
- Add boiled pasta, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and toss well.
- Add veg Bolognese sauce and salt and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl. Sprinkle black olives on top and serve hot.
