Pomfret Fry is light and heavenly in taste with subtle spices and not to forget it's nutritional values which suits taste and health of all age groups. The main reason Pomfret Fry Recipe is becoming popular with each passing day is because its simple to cook yet tastes exotic without addition of much flavours or spices. And not to forget its low in calories coz it is grilled and not fried.I simply adore stuffed pomfret fry especially when its deep fried and little smoky over high flame but these days people are more oil/health conscious so I am writing this recipe which require minimal amount of oil.
